Weight loss needs to be focused on changing behaviour and habits.  When we work together we set you up for real change, not a fad diet.  Changing your diet can be stressful that is why my approach is simple.  We will gradually modify your food choices and habits rather than replacing your entire diet with a new one.  The goal is to set you up for long term success and a plan to ensure success and weight goals are met.

An introductory session aimed at the preliminary identification of symptoms and the foods that might be causing them. If you’re feeling low in energy, struggle to manage food cravings, or deal with bloating and digestive pain after eating.  The Kick Start Consultation will help you understand what might be the cause and start you on the road to feeling better.

The Kick Start Consultation includes:

  • 60 minutes initial consultation to discuss your primary health concern or health goal
  • Short health history and food intake assessment
  • Nutritional guidance
  • 45 minute follow up session

*During this consultation, if you upgrade to one of the Comprehensive Nutrition packages, we will apply the fee that you have already paid towards the new plan.

  • An in -depth food diary assessment.
  • Customized weekly nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle
  • Weekly delicious, simple  recipes that the whole family will love
  • Weekly action plan and check in to set you up for success!
  • 2 follow up session (45 minutes) to keep you motivated and on track

  • Suggested strategies and resources to assist you in adopting your new nutrition plan
  • A thorough evaluation of current fitness level and goals to help develop the most appropriate fitness plan to reaching health and wellness goals
  • 3 follow up sessions (45 minutes) to keep you on track
  • e-mail support for three months to keep you motivated
